While you are able to browse and place orders without registering, we may not process your order until we have all the information requested in the form. Having all the details allows us to set up a wholesale account for you to seamlessly place orders at your convenience!

Most but not all designs are available for wholesale. If you see something in our shop that isn't available in the wholesale catalog feel free to reach out! In some cases we can create a custom order just for you.

Wholesale orders processed directly through the By Chavelli website have a $150 minimum order. There are no minimum quantity requirements per SKU with the exception of custom orders.

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal and payment is due when your order is placed.

If you require more flexibility, please shop using our Faire direct link to take advantage of their Net 60 terms.

Each and every By Chavelli piece is responsibly crafted by hand in small-batches to minimize waste. As such we do not keep a large inventory, but we are always restocking!

The wholesale product pages display availability in real time. As long as the quantity you want is in stock, it will ship within 3 business days. 

If you would like to order a larger quantity than shown, it may take up to 2 weeks to fulfill. Please email us to place the order, and we will let you know of the shipping date. Thanks!

If something arrives damaged please reach out asap! We will definitely replace damaged items so please send a photo of the piece in case we need to file a claim with the mail carrier.

Returns and exchanges are accepted with a 20% restocking fee and buyer paying shipping. All returned items must be in their original and undamaged packaging.

Yes! We love a collaboration or custom order! Email us at studio@bychavelli.com to discuss. Please note we have a 10 piece minimum for custom orders.

No. This is explicitly not allowed. Retailers are not authorized to rebrand or repackage By Chavelli products for sale under another brand. All wholesale orders must be re-sold as is, with their By Chavelli branded earring backing card (or box) at minimum.
